Macroscopic appearance of the fetus’s exstrophy of bladder and external genitalia. The macroscopic appearance of the infant showed a male dead infant with an abdominal wall defect of approximately 2 cm x3 cm below the insertion point of the umbilical cord. The infant had a posterior bladder mucosa eversion which was about 4 cm x 4 cm x 3 cm in size, a discontinuous symphysis pubis with proximate space of 2 cm, an extremely short penis, and a flat scrotum
