The use of power Doppler ultrasound was to detect the level of the fetal bladder through the abdomen; there was no sign of bladder display in transverse section of fetal bladder plane; an isoechoic protrusion with a size of 1.82 cm × 1.58 cm was seen below the umbilical cord; only two blood vessels were seen in the umbilical cord
