n: number of participants, r: correlation coefficient, p: p-value, ^¶: Spearman’s rank-order correlation, ^§: point-biserial correlation, ^†: total numbers of participants vary due to missing data. For Waray participants, we could not find characteristics of all respondents from the medical records, because in some cases the information given in the interview did not match that written in the medical record (maiden name or married name).
